In order to acheive this, only home-produced, gluten-free flours with selected and inspected raw materials are used.
Contamination is excluded by the implementation of gluten-free production.

The guaranteed absence of gluten is confirmed through the regular inspection by an officially recognized laboratory. For the implementation of hygienic requirements, strict adherence to the HACCP guidelines is indispensable for our company.
