Basic recipe for rolls

Procedure:

Dissolve the yeast in water. Strain the flour and add to the liquid. Work the ingredients to a dough in a bowl, subsequently, thoroughly knead on the work surface. From the dough, form approx. 20 rolls and leave them to rise for 40-45 minutes covered with a plastic film. Coat the rolls with a whisked egg yoke. Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the rolls for 40-45 minutes.
