Cheese-mellow pastries

Procedure:

Heat the sugar with a few drops of water in a pan and let it lightly caramelise. Subsequently, allow it to cool. Mix the butter and caramelised sugar until frothy. Fold in the flour. Add the salt, caraway and cheese and knead to a dough suitable for rolling. Subsequently, roll out, cut out and place on a tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for approx. 12-16 minutes.
